ENABLE VOLTE ON YOUR DEVICE
VoLTE(Voice over LTE) improves voice call quality and allows calls to work over LTE/4G networks. Follow the instructions below based on your device type.
STEP 1: CHOOSE YOUR DEVICE
Select the type of device you are using.
APPLE (IPHONE) DEVICES
Enable VoLTE on iPhone
1. Open Settings
2. Tap Cellular
3. Tap Cellular Data Options
4. Tap Voice & Data
5. Select LTE and make sure VoLTE is turned on

ANDROID DEVICES
Step 1: Update Your Android Device
VoLTE is only supported on devices that can be upgraded to Android 15 or higher.
To check for updates:
1. Open Settings
2. Tap General
3. Tap Software Update
4. Install the latest Android updates available
Step 2: Enable VoLTE
After updating your device:
1. Open Settings
2. Go to Network & Internet
3. Tap SIMs or Mobile Network
4. Select your SIM card
5. Turn on VoLTE
Note: Menu names and steps may vary depending on your device brand and model.
Google Pixel Devices
If you are using a Google Pixel device, please download and open the Eeyou Mobile+ app from Google Play to complete the activation process.
